Some safety training providers is so sucks; they add some headache in to your job and make your boss scold at you and risk your job. At the point, they make your life miserable.

If it is in the middle of the night and she can’t pick it up, she will text back. Next, she or any of her marketing team will re contact the number first thing in the morning.

The Office Staff is Integrated
You are calling a safety training provider office to ask for a training schedule at lunch time (Because they top of your mind or it is the only time you have to call them)
But all their marketing is outside to lunch. And an admin/operation staff is taking your phone.
A common safety training provider in Indonesia’s staff will hesitantly or reluctantly inform you the schedule you ask. They will ask you to call back after lunch time. Yes, you may upset. But don’t blame them, they don’t have the information.
How will a great safety training provider in Indonesia react? Their staff will give you this week schedule and the alternate one for the next week. Depends on their rules, they might give you the public training price if requested.

Bad grammars and typos are usually derived from a dead liner, not meticulous and lazy to proof read the quotation. If the quotation is not professional, it may be the image of their service.
Oh, and do you know what is worst than typos and bad grammars?
When you check the “to” section,
It is written for someone else on other company.
Bad quotation indicates the marketing staff are in a hurry, don’t have time to proof read, or simply don’t care and simply not professional.

Indonesia. Friday afternoon 3PM, July 2016..as your work burden has gone, you browse through emails from many safety training providers in your inbox. Your eyes stumble upon (NO, not the famous bookmarker website) .. I repeat: And you stumble upon an email, offering you ISO 9001:2000 training awareness as low as IDR 250.000 per person. That was less than 30 Dollar per person.
That’s a steal. Very cheap price. Right? Good deal, right?

The latest version of ISO awareness training, The updated 2016 version of working at height and rope access training (Ministry of Manpower certification),the latest update on training for trainer sertifikasi BNSP.

Mr. Adi Sutomo, a trainer and a colleague of mine; Currently Training and Operation Manager for Transafe Indonesia suggest that the best time for a trainer and a training assistant to arrive at client’s premises is minimum half an hour before training starts. If the training in Jakarta, the best time to arrive is 1 hour before training.
Coming early can help the trainer team to prepare the class and equipment. Checking if the laptop has enough battery and the power cable is available; Check if the HDMI cable compatible with the laptop. Check if the sound system compatible, and so on.
