3 Tips to Judicial and Proper use of your Air Conditioner

Air Conditioners are common in mostly every household these days. And given the amount of heat in the environment we can’t recommend to completely prohibit the use of ACs. But do we ignore all other aspects? We can’t afford to.

Excessive and reckless use of Air conditioners not only consumes more electricity but also does health harms as artificially created lower temperatures do not sync well with our body temperatures.

To deal with both the problems, we have come up with these 3 easy to follow tips:

  • Give your Air Conditioner a rest when the room is chilled. You can switch it on when the room again warms up.
  • Sync with human body temperature tolerance index. Keep you AC temperature at least at 25 degrees or more. Your body can tolerate 23 to 39 degrees easily.
  • Do not keep the temperatures at 21 or 22 degrees as it consumes excessive power and your bills soar high as well.

Other than that, lower AC temperatures can also be the reason for several skin allergies, irregular blood pressure, and more health problems.
